About the Illustrator

Debbie Rockey is a devoted wife and mother of three with a degree from John Herron School of Art. She has been a freelance artist for more than 20 years and currently owns and operates her own company called Indy Roomscapes. Debbie brings her clients vision to reality with original murals and decorative painting. Having thrilled many children with custom painted fantasy bedroom themes, bringing Wally to life in the pages of her first children's book was an inevitable next step in an already amazing career as an artist.
